I had an accident 2nd march 2016. At first contact was good and frequent. now nearly 2 and a half years later the claim still has not been closed. I have contacted my case handler on many occasions and she had never got back to me. once in a call she said she would diarize to call me at a specific time on a specific date... I am still waiting for that to happen. I had had an appointment with a orthopedic and he suggested that I have more physio, this apt was in July last year... it took till November of the same year for me to find this out as they never contacted me to let me know. they also said that as it was my second round of physio with them that the other party would have to look at the report so that they could confirm that they will pay for this. I then didn't start getting the physio till end of January this year. I am absolutely appalled at how they work. this does not abide by there customer service policy. when my insurance is due for renewal, I will be changing companies. the amount of stress and distress I am under with this is terrible... surprised I haven't gone off work with it!!

PLEASE NOTE: THIS SHOULD BE A 0 STAR REVIEW!nnBDE Law, Elephant Law, Diamond Law or whoever they decide to be at the time.. please be aware that you may not get the service or justice you are hoping for with this organisation(s). nnReason for the negative review: 15 months ago my son had a minor incident in a car park where someone opened their drivers door hitting the rear of his car as he drove past into the parking slot in front. Anyone with an ounce of common sense knows that this is solely the fault of the person opening the door. This Law Firm, the insurance company and even a Police Traffic Officer we knew said this should be an open and shut case, however has now ended up being a 50/50 and he could also be xa3700 out of pocket for the repairs he was advised to spend by the insurance company; how was this allowed to happen?? nnI am not in the habit of posting negative reviews unless warranted but this certainly is! My advice is to steer clear of this company unless you want to be very disappointed as we are as a family. What an appalling performance by a firm who we all trusted in representing our son. Maybe we should have gone to the the company that represented the guilty party, 'Horwich Farrelly; this company clearly knows how to win a case.nnHow disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars to post this review then I would, service rubbish. Had an accident in December 2015 which wasn't my fault. All contact is made when I email them......now on my 3rd case handler as the previous two have left but have never been told this. Still awaiting my referral for more physio and an appointment to see a surgeon.... All wait wait wait

I am really to sorry to give a bad review, however nearly 22 months into the case and I am nowhere near feeling better physically or closing the case and getting my pay out which for some strange mysterious reason is shrinking each time they write to me (if they bother to write)!
