Has taken my husband and I 5 months (and counting) so far to buy a house, because they never return my calls. I have proof of making 10 phone calls with no return. Finally I just showed up to sign papers and they said they weren't expecting me! I had to explain that I called numerous times to set up an appointment and never got a call back
