Unbelievably bad customer service. Poor communication. Identity verification process is confusing and complicated. Received conflicting messages from different people. Took two weeks to renew an expired certificate, as the result our business suffered.

Your software is allowing people to steal card info and use it fraudulently. They just racked up a charge digitally through Walmart.

It's been an amazing opportunity to work on this company!

Started working here in December because of the great experiences I had working with them as a customer. Seeing how the sausage gets made has not changed my opinion of the company. They genuinely care about customers and about doing what is right, not what is easy. 5 stars because this is what I wish all companies were like.
