I contacted Mr. Senescu to help me out with filing a restraining order to protect my elderly father, from someone that had moved into his life via an interent chat board. The team did a great job of explaining the process and were very clear on what they needed , and what the next steps were. Jim even drove through a Portland snowstorm to make sure all parties signed the appropriate documentation. The two things that I appreciated most about working with Jim, was 1. He told me up front that this was going to be a difficult time (which it was), and that things will get better as we move through the proceedings (which was also true). I always appreciate knowing what to expect prior to jumping in. 2. I thought Jim did a great job through this case, and was surprised to see how little billable time was on my invoice. For what we needed done, I thought it would be more, but it was fair and reasonable. If you are ever in a situation, where you need to take an action to protect your elderly parent from a predatory person, Jim is 100% your guy.

I went through a very hard guardianship case with Ms. Babich that lasted almost two years and changed states. She was AMAZING to say the least. I cried when the case closed in Washington losing such a knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and fare resource is a great loss to me. Having Ms. Babich made the hardest two years of my life barrable. She is worth her weight in diamonds!

Attorneys in this particular firm have no interest in clients needs or what is best for the client they care only about being paid and have absolutely no interest in caring for what your situation is actually about as long as they get their paycheck. I would not recommend them to anyone going through a crisis needing legal counsel.

Jim Senescu deserves 5000 stars!! I was referred to him for a family/possible elder abuse issue and I am floored at the support, attention and care he has given to me and I have yet to pay a dime!! Jim has eased my anxiety and has given me hope. Can I resolve this issue on my own, I hope so, but should I need help, you better believe that I will be calling Jim Senescu.
