We are retailers. We have had major billing issues with this company (specifically Dr. Comfort) ongoing for some time now. We were hassled for 18 months over check payments we made that they cashed and received yet they continued to call (from India) to say the invoices were outstanding. nWe sent copies of the processed cashed checks by DJO over and over to no avail. Finally we had to get upset and threaten to go to our lawyer. n nCurrently we have used a credit card to pay invoices online only to have them charge that card 5 WEEKS LATER and for the WRONG AMOUNT (a higher amount of course) than shown on the processing charge invoice.nnI have now spent an hour talking to three different people (again in India) with no result other than "we will have your rep contact you". The last rep took a month to call. I tried calling the DJO corporate office and they offered to send me straight back to Dr. Comfort. Only after some persuasion have I now been sent to someone's voicemail at DJO. nnWe can no longer do business this way.
They Do not deserve any stars. Buyer beware. You are at their mercy if they ever get your card information. A pair of shoes $139 + tax . Billed my card $191.65 no extras was got. I got jammed in my AH.
Horrible experience. Out of country takes calls and they are rude! You have to pay automated and the service always takes wrong info and then hangs up. You dont know if payment was accepted. But they are quick to call you over and over to pay bill. This was a horrific experience .
15 minute phone call to order some I-Bresis patches! The phone call is routed to customer service in another country & you cannot speak to anyone in the States to place an order! It's 2018 and this company is operating like it's in the 1800's! This company's customer service is like black hole consuming your time! Oh yeah, the customer service rep told me she needed to update her system, so she's gonna call me back :/ Just so you know, I was very pleasant on the phone. nUpdate: The customer service rep called me back and finished placing my order. When all was said and done, it only took 31 minutes to purchase 6 boxes of I-Bresis patches over the phone lol
Do not purchase any DonJoyproducts ever again. !!!! This company has no idea of what customer service is. They charge a terrible high price and give nothing by bad service in return. Please look for alternative knee braces and cold therapy. DO not purchase DonJoy. Their braces pinch and they do not support expensive older products.
