Where is the ETREMELY POOR button? Extremely unprofessional. I have been trying to help a customer of mine that had a judgment obtain a release. The judgment was paid in full August 1, 2012. On January 15, 2013 Dominion Law sent a letter stating full payment had been received. They sent the release to the wrong court. We have called, begged & pleaded to have this release sent to the correct court for months now. We can not speak to the same person twice, you are at the mercy of whomever answers the phone. If you do leave a message the call is never returned. We have been told numerous times that the release has been sent and it just takes time. Today is June 9th 2013, it is still not released. It is my understanding that Virginia law states after a judgment has been paid the creditor has up to 30 days to record the release. I wish someone would make this "law firm" aware of this.

Unprofessional group of clowns. Brandon is an account manager who is unable to answer any logical questions. He reads from a script. Repeats the same phrases. He will not help you find answers to your questions even if he does not know. His own knowledge is poor and he will give you incorrect answers and repeatedly say sorry. He appears feel pride in frustrating the caller. Speaks volumes about his character. Negative group of people, feel sorry for them. In the end I ask this guy for his full name he says "Im worried about my privacy so I cant give my full name". - There goes your privacy Brandon ;)

These guys are a joke. I understand I owe for my sons circumcision but how a bill goes from 310$ to almost 1k is ridiculous. The guy on the phone refused to give me a breakdown of my "bill" or tell me how it got that inflated. Well thankfully my father in law is a VA lawyer. So.. yall can go blow smoke up someone else ass.

Dominion Law Associates is a VERY rude, condescending, and unprofessional organization. Please contact an attorney before making any arrangements with them because they will use intimidation tactics and any other forms of ruthless behavior to get YOUR money. Do NOT tell them your place of employment or any banking information because they will have your accounts FROZEN. They did it to me after I had filed for bankruptcy. And it takes an act of congress to get Dominion Law Associates to undo their wrong doings. They will NOT give direct answers to questions, answer phone calls, or direct you to the correct departments (the legal department), instead they give generic answers and dance around the truth. BEWARE OF DOMINION LAW ASSOCIATES AND CONSULT LEGAL ADVICE BEFORE DEALING WITH THEM, OTHERWISE DOMINION LAW WILL PLAY UPON YOUR INTELLIGENCE AND SCREW YOU OVER.

Their mailbox has been full for a year and a half. They've been calling my phone asking for an Ashlea Bradshaw. FOR A YEAR AND A HALF and I can't leave a message. This company sucks,
