Richard and his associate Naveed worked closely with my husband and I for almost two years. We had quite the family case with every variable and screwball thrown our way. But Richard never backed down, no matter how complicated or drawn out it became. Ultimately he helped guide us through the hardest thing we’ve ever been through. He maintained his professionalism and helped me maintain control (even when it wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but for my own good legally) he and Naveed both did a fabulous job not only protecting me but my child in the courtroom. What we managed to accomplish in court and with finalizing our child’s step parent adoption is something my family will be forever grateful for. I would like to share my experience about Pender & Coward. About eight years ago I had a legal issue I needed help with. A friend of mine suggested I contact Pender and Coward. I did and my Attorney was Jim Lang. I was very pleased and comfortable talking with Jim. We spent most of the next six months or so going over my case and gathering information. We continued on with this case until we were able to come to an agreement with the other side that we all could live with. I have had a few other times I have asked Jim Lang for assistance and have always received great advise. I have also used Alex Johnson on some Estate issues and my own Will and Jack Repan for Contract issues.
