My experience using Donahue Law Firm was very easy and pleasant. The staff was easy to talk to and very straight forward, I like it when people are just honest about my situation. I would highly recommend them. If you get a DUI contact Brian and his team.

Do not hire this firm. Donahue is a hack! He said I would have to spend days in jail and pay a fine and do probation. My judgement was a dismissal of the worst charge, a reduction of the second charge to a non-criminal charge, no probation and no community service. I did pay a fine for a county ordinance violation but a far reach from what my $3000 retainer was going to get me through him......I represented myself. This lawyer is untrustworthy. Look elsewherenPS. Except for one other than mine, the rest of the reviews are ALL FIVE STARS....?? This should be a big red flag to all who read these!!

Bryan is not only a brilliant lawyer, but he treats you like a friend. He understands that sometimes, good people make bad choices, but it doesn't make you a bad person. He helped me get through really difficult times and for that, I am super grateful. 5 stars, I would recommend him to anyone who is in a legal situation, hands down.

I had a consultation with Brian Donahue over a "refusal to take a breathalyzer" citation, and he was incredibly forthright and honest with me. I was ready to hire him on the spot and he actually talked me out of it, stating that my odds of winning my case were very low. I was surprised to see that his top priority was to look out for my best interest, a quality you wont find in most lawyers. I also had a number of other consultations with various DUI "specialists" and Brian's level of knowledge seemed to far surpass that of the other individuals I spoke with. I highly recommend him.
