This hotel operator in Palm Beach FL is terrible. I'll never get a room managed by Urgo even if it is Marriott Hotel. This is a beautiful location with service by Urgo that will ruin your visit.

Terrible hotel operator, their location in Palm Beach, FL the Singer Marriott is a mess. Over 4 hours to check in, with one line at the desk and give associates plus another eight standing around in the lobby. This should not be a Marriott flag property. As a Platinum Elite guest I will never stay at this location or an Urgo property. Complete disarray.

Terrible lack of communication among regional management. Do not set management up for success even when requesting assistance and resolving important issues from regional directors multiple times. No diversity at all within corporate office and regional vice presidents.

No power outlets at Gate D. None

Excellent Hotel Management Company. Great team environment with true family values.
