Came in with a few questions. The whole staff is a breath of fresh air. Dorothy helpful as well as thoughtful. I appreciated the time she spent with me .

Dorothy is Amazing as is her office staff! She is very honest and helpful and never makes you feel bad for anything you are going through. She is funny and easy to work with. I would refer her to anyone who may be in a tough spot and need some help.

Very smart people with just as high emotional intelligence. Never making the sting of misfortune (no matter whatEVER variable may have been the root cause) more humiliating. No candy coating do not get that wrong! Just, Dorthy and her peeps get that life happens. Sometimes, it happens more than once. >.

Major communication issues. I scheduled my first appointment a few months ago for a free consult one morning after my 12 hour night shift. I waited 1/2 hour for them to open and they opened a few minutes late and come to find out this was to be a 2 hour appointment. I was not told this when I scheduled as I couldn't stay up that much long after working. So I told them I would reschedule on a day off. I did a few months later after specifically asking if they can review and look into my large student loan debt. I was told yes by Dorothy's sister at the beginning of my 2 hour consult. After 75 minutes of doing paperwork and watching a video with her sister(who was nice enough), I then met with the attorney. Dorothy was blunt and said no way can I take your case "you'd never be able to afford me fighting the student loan... I was like well how much? and she said $45,000" U0001f633 Took all of me to from laughing but I was also very upset that I again wasted so much time! As a professional I find this office very unprofessional... as I was walking out the door I overhear Dorothy telling her staff she doesn't do student loans anymore. Gee thanks for letting me know after the fact! Dorothy did recommend me to another attorney Mr. Granvold that wants $350 cash to meet with me for a 1 hour consult for BK and the student loans but won't tell me upfront if he took the case how much his legal fees are... really? Why would I give an attorney that much cash not knowing what their other fees are?? All I can say is really do your research. Needless to say I have attained another attorney and all is going as planned and MUCH less expensive then Dorothy's office and I'm sure Mr. Granvold's!

Dorothy has been working with me on my complicated case for several years and has been a wonderful advocate. You will find her professional, kind and knowledgeable. Her office staff is super nice and well informed. She is a great choice for when you are going through a difficult process and I cannot recommend her highly enough. The office is a welcoming environment and if you are lucky you might get some loves from her sweet puppy:)
