I can highly recommend Mr. Dory. As personal rep for my uncle, I retained him to defend my uncle's estate against an heir who tried to grab everything. He always got back to me fairly quickly, and struck a good balance between listening to my suggestions and offering his own expert advice. He doesn't try to create more revenue for himself by filing endless motions, and instead encouraged me to settle without a court fight if possible. After many emails and phone calls, I was invariably surprised by how few hours he had billed me. You won't go wrong with Mr. Dory.
