I did a phone consultation with Zanes Law in May of this year after I was rear-ended at a stop light. They asked all the details about my accident and we're very polite. However when the attorney came on the line it was just to discuss the document's I told I needed to sign. We told them we needed time to think, I wasn't even sure I needed a lawyer. The following emails and calls pressuring me to sign, was very unnerving.nnI called another law office and the gentleman I got a free consultation from there gave me some great advice. He discussed what the insurance company was going to do and ways that I could get the most out of my claim. He also told me, that based on the lack of serious injury and no reason to continue medical treatment, it would not be in my best interest to hire an attorney. nnThe honesty was refreshing and the advice was extremely helpful.

Took greater than a year and I never recovered what that accident took from me. Very poor communication, had to call if I wanted an update, changed the person on my case 3 times! Also when I finally was able to pick up the little money I did get, the lawyer was in a different office than the one they had made the appointment for....the best part....THEY GOT MORE THAN I DID!!! I was into a car payment again thanks to that texting idiot that hit me and the lawyer made more than me..save yourself, skip this group!

Very sloppy. They will encourage you to give personal info to several employees, and string you along, as you jump through hoops for them. Weeks pass and you continue to meet their requests for info and more. Then you get a very unprofessional brush off. If you want to feel taken advantage of, call these guys. If not, call a professional.

I am very pleased with my experience at Zane's law. I was very comfortable and at ease the entire time. They kept me well informed and explained the whole process very well. I would recommend this office to anyone in an auto accident. Zane's law will take care of you!
