Based solely on my DES discovery date, I was declined representation. My story goes beyond "a date". It's also offensive. I was NEVER once educated by a Dr. about DES. What happend to my civil right to seek damages for what this drug has done to my life, my daughter's life or the drug manufacturers legal responsibility for my past & present, continuing medical problems linked to DES? I'm being dismissed because of a "discovery date"? Shouldn't medical negligence be considered? This kind of treatment toward victims of the drug, who are willing to come forward with their stories of recent 'discovery' & medical negligence, who have been dismissed for years by uneducated Drs, I believe will continue to harm DES individuals like me! I can help provide potentially important medical information & participate in research about DES to help others! It's incredibly insensitive, disheartening and disappointing to advertise help for unaware DES victims! DES is rare enough. You're telling its victims we no longer matter, because of a 'date'? Especially when we didn't know, until recently, this is a life-long, chronic medical condition. Again, you are exploiting us instead of helping us help a third generation of DES daughters. Shame on you!
I was just accompanying a friend who had a case in court and this company were his lawyers. I was told that they were a great choice for his case and that all of his troubles were going to be taken care of.
Not getting answers,,,, have had 3 different lawyers,,, dragging on for years
