This company will not stop harassing me no matter what I have told them. They are a collection agency and keep calling me asking for someone else. Either this company is a scam or they do not know how to properly do their jobs and find whoever they keep calling me for.

I was contacted by this law firm to settle a debt with EMS for an ambulance ride I took over 3 years ago. Come to find my claim was never submitted to insurance. After calling my insurance company then EMS and getting no response. I called the firm back and spoke to Andrea, who was super sweet and professional and informative, and told her what was happening. She took down my insurance information and said she would take care of contacting EMS to get my claim submitted and that as long as I don’t hear from them again it’s all taken care of! Such a weight off! THANK YOU Andrea!

Sent me a letter claiming I owe debt from the state, when I have never received notice from the state when I should have before ever receiving a debt collection. Refused to give me any information. Harassed me for my social security number, and didnt even know that my last name had been legally changed. The lady continued to yell at me and harass me, when I tried to explain that it all looked very sketchy. Very sketchy.

This place sent my mother a letter claiming she owed personal income taxes to the state but didn't specify the years she owed. Letter also went on to say "we are a real lawfirm but not all of us are lawyers." I am sure a Nigerian prince owes my mom money too. Maybe we can hire this place to represent her for that claim as well? Letter was signed by "not a lawyer"

I hope you never have to deal with this company. In fact AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. I have to and i am required to pay a bill monthly, my account manager was Chanel Reese. She was irate, disrespectful, rude and incompetent. I tried to asked her a question she gave me attitude, accused me of being rude then told me that I should have had my account paid off. However, I paid it according to the requirements. When I asked her to get her manager and that I wanted another account manager, she told me no, continued to yell and hung up on me.
