??If this guy slides a contract in front of you that seems loose with a friendly smile don't sign it ??, I let him know that I had limited income and was already dealing with a loss our verbal agreements seemed worthless, "flat rates" became initial fees and I ended up wasting close to a few grand with nothing in return. Could have tossed my money in the wind for the same results, •flat rate not true •going to contact family member not true • we will have to go to court, never seen a judge so not true • I will get copies, not true. The only truth was the bills and the contract that gave him enough leniency to tell me that he wasn't going to do nothing after taking my money .
