Mr. Hernandez is very knowledgeable. He actually gave us suggestions on what to do to get the house ready to sell. Because the house turned out great, a contract was accepted on the first day the house went live on MLS for 10,000 over asking price. Mr. Hernandez kept us updated on what was happening and what we needed to do. As a result there were no issues when it came time to close which made the whole process very easy.
