The price is not worth the quality of service. I paid a sizeable retainer. Driscoll filed one form and sent a couple of emails. In between the times when he did those few things, he had me do some of the scheduling, where I'm pretty sure he was still supposed to be representing me. I was unable to make contact with Driscoll for 10 months. When I finally was able to get him on the phone, I was told that I had used up my retainer and he would not be representing me any further. So, it would seem that he charges anywhere from 600.00 to $1,000 an hour (I never received an invoice, so I'm estimating 3-5 hours.)

Jerry is basically a thief with a law degree, I paid a retainer of 3k to try to get a custody review for my Son whose mother had taken him out of the state. After 5 months he had written 1 measly motion to revisit custody and hadn’t even filed it. When I asked for my retainer back, he rudely hung up on me after telling me that he would get to it in a few weeks.. he wasn’t even familiar with my case and even blamed me for opposing him in some way. I even brought Jerry the thief another client. I guess Some people just weren’t raised right. The Bar is definitely going to be called on this one

This is a reliable, helpful attorney. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Has been in business a good many years. The best.
