Mary Anne, and her assistant, were very helpful in dealing with a time critical situation, made more complicated because we were on seperate continents! She understood our situation and did what was necessary to help us.

Worst experience of life. All parties traumatized for life I got pawned off to janice wood (but was told I was having Mary Anne Ducharme)who didn't have a care about the physical abuse my young sons endured from their father. Much more she didn't include. She just kept parroting judge doesn't care. Judge doesn't care. Mind you she was the one that didn't care. She just wanted to fill out the least amount of paperwork and be done. She never offered my sons a child's attorney which I found out later was supposed to be procedure. Pathetic attempt at being a lawyer.

Ducharme lawyers robbed my girlfriend and I of nearly half a million dollars. There were supposed to be helping us get our money back, not stealing it from us!! Thank goodness for the superior court and CBC news. All these lawyers should be disbarred. Disgraceful

I had the worst experience ever going here that i just walked out halfway through. I’m beyond upset. The lawyer did not want to fight for my step daughter and just felt like “to bad there’s nothing i can do” . He wasn’t sympathetic. Even if he decided to take on the case, i wouldn’t want to work with him. He doesn’t care.
