Duffy not only lied to the judge, stating he has been attempting to contact me, he also had no clue who I was when I arrived for the second time attempting to discuss the case with him.

Completely disrespectful in a civil matter against myself, the manner in which I was spoken to makes me question his ethics. Far from the manner an attorney should conduct himself with any party. Petty name-calling and offensive insults and losing his temper. Not the the type of legal representative you want.

I would give a 0 if it was possible. Kevin was a joke of a representation in my divorce proceedings. He attempted to make false claims and when I told him I wasn't willing to do that he literally quit trying. He didn't say 1 word in court and other than making sure the paper work I had already filled out was filed properly he did nothing.
