John Duggan represented me in multiple litigations following the Great Recession of 2008. I paid for representation in those cases and used all the liquidity I had defending these suits which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. I only did this because he assured me he would take a lender liability case against the lender, North American Savings Bank, on a contingency fee arrangement. He reneged on this promise after my liquidity was exhausted having been paid to his firm. My claim against the lender could have been worth millions as a result of the banks nefarious dealings and inolvement with the LLCs and the partners. He left me after taking all funds available and necessitated my bankruptcy as my only protection against the lenders actions. He professes to be a religious Christian however he is not a man of his word and cannot be trusted.
