I retained Kat Fantigrossi to assist with my case and her and her team have been very organized and diligent in their work. The paralegal Gianna and secretary Lisa have been very helpful and responsive. They keep me in the loop with updates of any progress being made and timely invoices to know where I stand financially throughout the case. Kat is extremely knowledgeable of the law and has a lot of experience with family court affairs. I am just getting started on matters in court but I have faith that Kat will fight strategically and professionally for me.

Duke Law Firm represented me in a contentious child support situation. My ex was arguing at length, drawn out over months, that child support should not end even though my child is over 21 and living in my house, and our separation agreement clearly stated age 21 as the end point.
