The moscato has a lovely range of flavors yet is light-bodied from start to finish. The gorgonzola cheese on the spinach salad and Moscato really work well together. The cheese brightens the wine by bringing out more of the fruity flavors of peach and citrus. The wine also complemented the balsamic chicken by reducing any sourness from the vinegar on the palette and really brings out the sweetness of the wine. The balsamic strawberries were very sweet and the wine tamed the sweetness of the strawberries a little yet complemented it in a soothing fashion with a honey finish. What a way to end a meal!
