I just got off the phone with Danny, and am incredibly amazed not only by his expertise, but also the sheer vastness of knowledge he has. This man loves what he does, is beyond knowledgeable about the laws around the state, and best of all, explains everything to you while working with you to create the best plan of action for your situation. I never write reviews due to my work schedule being so busy, but I had to hear. He saved me months if not years of headache, and for that I'm grateful.

Danny is a killer lawyer, who has represented our rental real estate company for years and through multiple successful evictions. Particularly in Tacoma, you cannot possibly do better. Caveat: he will not coddle you. He is effective, fast, acutely competent and knows the local legal landscape extremely well. Don't try his patience, however.
