Lived there for several years. I spent 100's on airfreshners. Smokey smell. Clothes in closet smelled! Walls had hair that was painted over. Continued rent increase with No updates! Ever. Money pit.

My mom lives at Livingston Ct and she was having some personal issues within herself...I spoke with Ms. Dawn West and she seems like a very caring and wonderful women willing to help my mom out...Thank you Dawn West..

Very rude associates! I was charged for several things when I moved out including carpet cleaning which I didn't even have! My apartment had all wood floors! I was also charged $75 for putting nail holes in the walls to hang pictures! UnbelievablennI would watch out for this rental company!

Very unprofessional when you call the Office. Need some respect and Customer Service trainimg! They don't take care of their property. All about the $ . Treat Black people different. Make up ectra charges on your Rent and Water, lie about Late fees owed! The Apartments not worth the Rent they charge. Some of employees are rude, don't know how to do there job, act like they drink or do drugs. They don't take care of their businessn Shady company, all the way around. Very run down, old school apartments. Don't fix repairs on time or right. Keep your paper work and get everything in writing ! Not sure who is the owner or. Manger , they need some serious changes for the better, be opened minded. No matter what the color of your skin is. Treat everyone equal.... RESPECT

I lived in their roach infested Karl rd. Complex for a year & paid my rent a month early. I don't have pets or any children, so when I moved out and was told everything looked great. I was billed over 200 for carpet cleaning and then some. I STILL have not received a security deposit (450) and I moved out in April. After calling and asking for it multiple times I was told if I kept calling they would charge more money for issuing another check and I was only getting 80 out of 450 anyway.
