Attempted to get consumer legal advice from them through a reference from the Chicago Bar association. Asked if they would take a look at a consignment contract I had with a used car dealership, as I believed they were breaching our contract. They stated they would not take the case and never gave a reason why. Took over three and a half weeks to get an answer out of them, and in the end, they gave me absolutely no new information I could use for my own case in small claims court, or clarification about the contract. I would not recommend this law firm.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I tried to hire this firm and the whole experience was terrible. Andrea the intake person is rude and kept cutting me off like she was too busy to get my information and when she requested documents, she never confirmed receipt. I had to follow up with them and when I spoke with her again she said the lawyer put a hold on it because he needed more information. Why would you not express that to me? I’m sitting here trying to beat the clock and your sheer unprofessionalism is affecting me. She quoted me not once, but twice and when I asked how to pay she said they would send me a contract and link for me to pay. Two different occasions she did this and I still have not received a link or contract. I’m now past the date that I needed to respond because of these people. Complete trash law firm. This is why I don’t trust company reviews. *Update* It took 3 months for them to gather a proper response to this review. Thanks for proving my point. I said what I said, you guys are unprofessional period. I hired a firm with sense.

i am changing from 1 to 4 because of Stephen J. Pigozzi is getting A+ not the law firm, if you want this law to represent you ask for Stephen J. Pigozzi, because i am with them almost 1 year 1/2 before but Stephen J. Pigozzi did excellent job i am almost done with this law firm

Dan helped me with a case of mistaken identity that was impacting me in a timely manner and answered all my questions and gave me detailed steps to fix the situation before the issue would progress any further Highly recommend this firm. Thanks
