If I would of looked up this agency before I paid I would of gave them nothing. They said I had a charge of 1125 but today they are giving a deal for me to pay 750 which I paid. The lady was unprofessional and unwilling to answer all my questions. She was mad I was asking these questions but at the end of the day who wouldn't? You are charging me x amount of dollars and I dont even know where these bills are coming from. Im on SSI but she asked me a million times who do I work for. Next time I get a call from these people Im hanging up, take me to court scammers.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Mine was a $2400 Medical bill that I obtained by going the the ER after having a mild heart attack. It's for the amount my insurance won't cover and YES, it is now my responsibility to pay it. But during a pandemic when I already lost my job, lost my home, and I'm dealing with health issues? I know you have a job to do but please explain how you expect me to come up with $2400 right now? Sending me a letter demanding payment in full and threatening to seize assets that I no longer even have is not going to create money I don't have, but it might stress me out to the point I rack up another expensive trip to the ER. I can't ever get a hold of anyone to talk to about this, and after reading other people's experience with this law firm it wouldn't seem to matter if I did get a hold of someone because it looks like you wouldn't compromise with my situation anyways.

My family feels threatened by this practice. How dare they speak to anyone the way they do, they shouldnt be able to get away with strong arming people struggling to pay bills.

I called to make arrangements before any litigation, and they were unwilling to help. With the COVID19 issues many people are without employment and living on a limited income. They are using this time not only to inflate charges but knowing the people cannot make the payments that they will ONLY ACCEPT in order to pursue litigation and affect people's credit and add additional charges. I even suggested a settlement that they refused and only gave an amount I CAN"T pay. Then I was forced into a payment plan that I will not be able to meet fully as so that my credit is not affected and hopefully no litigation. I did see that they had already applied attorney fees to the account that has not even gone to court. I believe they did this just because they are supposed to be an attorney off.

Continued to take money from me even after Colorado Senate bill passed and signed by Governor. Currently filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General as what they are doing is illegal during the pandemic.
