Edward Ramirez

We have been a patient of Dr. Ramirez for about nine years. He and his staff are kind, supportive, and dedicated to all of their patients. We have worked with Dr. Ramirez through nearly every phase and type of infertility treatments... all the time, he never gave up hope on us. Their office is very supportive for anyone going through infertility and I would strong encourage anyone struggling with similar concerns work with them. We couldn't be happier with his care and treatment plans. He also stays current with new fertility treatments and research. His office is pretty much self contained so most services can be done onsite making it easier for patients.
I was never able to meet the doctor, despite having 4 different appointments. nnIn mid-June I made an appointment. The first one they had available was not until the end of August. One week before my appointment they cancel. I cried because I was waiting for so long and "Ariana" said she would not make me wait again and scheduled me for 2 weeks later. She was so kind; I had a great feeling about this place. nnThe day finally came and when I walked in the receptionist said that she had called me 3 times and left one voice message the previous week to reschedule. She told me this even though she also said her computer was broken and she was not able to check my information. I received no such calls or messages, and I believe she had me confused with another person or was lying. She said she was a temp employee. To make it better, they gave me 2 appointments for 2 more weeks later. Also, my husband asked to be called as well, since there was a problem with my receiving their calls. The temp promised she would. Later, I called and I canceled one and kept the other. nnWhen I showed the second time, the same temp receptionist ("Veronica") had changed the appointment from the time on the card without specifically telling me this. All she said was "Your appointment was half an hour ago. I called you Friday to confirm this one". She did not say the time had been changed. Furthermore, despite assuring my husband he would be called as well, he ever got a call. When I showed the card with the time on it, Veronica offered no apology, just further explanation of how wrong I was. nnDONE, never again.I waited since June and wasted valuable time. This place is not for you if time is important.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ramirez for about a year now. I see him for a medical issue and will eventually need to see him for a fertility issue. He's been the first doctor to diagnose and actually start me on a path to healing. I can't speak highly of veronica as my few interactions with her were not the best, however she leaves next month and Arianna, Alvera and Dr. Ramirez are fantastic. I truly do owe them my life and I am afraid to think what might have happened if I had followed the advise of my old doctors and not met Dr. Ramirez. He also is not the cheapest for fertility treatment, but is well within the normal range nationally. He knows his stuff and imho is worth it. I have a life long syndrome and will definitely be continuing my care with Dr. Ramirez.
