My experience with this firm has been nothing but frustrating. The professionalism is indeed lacking and the prices charged are well above what other firms charge for the same work. When attempting to get my information transferred to another firm, I was actually greeted with name calling. I would suggest finding an alternate source for your accounting needs.

Unfriendly, unbusinesslike, and expensive. About a couple years back, they provided me with inaccurate information which ended up costing me close to $2K in taxes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this year, when I ran into an unexpected situation, I needed my tax return handled rather quickly and at a bad time (for Edwards CPA). I apologized profusely. Nonetheless, I got lectured about this (gee thanks). After paying $275 for a fairly simple tax return, I later received a letter stating that my business was no longer welcome there. Good thing, since I found a much better arrangement elsewhere. I had been going to Edwards CPA for some 10+ years IIRC. After the younger Edwards took over, the attitude with clients changed, and not for the best.

They have been unbelievably helpful with handling handling information for my mom.. I highly recommend them.

Great Accountants! I would recommend them to anyone wanting their taxes done.
