Dawn is such an unpleasant person to talk to. Straight up disrespectful and talks to you like you’re stupid. I hope you guys fire her she’s absolutely terrible

I received a summons on some outstanding bills, that are in fact mine I did try to call and settle the debt and set up payment arrangements and Chelsea or could have been Holly would not even work with me. She suggested I ask family for money to cover my debt. Then I decided to actually fight this debt and do my research, to learn that some of the debt listed has been paid. Then Edwin B. Parry's office closed, I can't imagine why, only to be picked up by Primus law which is the same law office. Get this with a new fee tacked on of 1050.00 for research and time that had already been invested and billed for. These companies ought to be ashamed of themselves and the people that work for these companies.

Talk about poor customer service. I asked for express recovery's number because he was refused to tell me what was going on. I was told no and not to even call them . I let him know I have some questions and would like to talk with them. Dale told me to "go look up the phone number yourself". I asked if there was a reason why he felt he needed to be so disrespectful to me when he has the number and he said "you don't like my answers so find it yourself". I have never been treated with such little respect and belittle as if I am worthless. Zero stars if possible!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They had paperwork for a court summons served to me so late that I missed the court date. Then my "debt" went from 64 dollars to over 550. When I called to get on payments they told me it would be faster to garnish my checks than accept a monthly payment.

This is the worst of the worst. Imagine going to Law school to do sloppy and dirty collections work. My daughter had leukemia and her father is active duty, there was an insurance mistake and due to his frequent military moves we didn’t get paperwork until I was already served. Tricare then repaid the U of Utah and this law office has yet to return my money so essentially the bill has been paid twice. I don’t know how anyone works here or is comfortable working here and treating people like this. U of U really needs to rethink their relationship with Express Recovery.
