She was appointed as the GAL for a custody case regarding my cousins. She has been of absolutely zero help and has actually made all of the situations worse. She has failed to report to the court accurately or at all sometimes when she is told to make reports. My cousins have now suffered irreparable trauma and are still suffering because of her terrible work. Never use her!

I have been dealing with Custody matters beginning in Late 2018 and Rebecca Eight was appointed as the GAL in my custody matters she has done an awful job and both my daughters concerns and other issues keep going on due to the recommendations she made to the court and failing to get information or very important paperwork submitted on time to the court. My oldest daughter had been seriously injured last year in May. I have been dealing with other concerning issues with my ex-wife and what has happened causing my daughters having to go to Tharapy and see counseling and behaviors in school. The GAL has failed to be the voice for my daughters even with every evidence and documents, she had been removed last December after a court hearing. She even said in court that she had not been in contact with the kids school to check in or any other follow ups she was ordered to submitted a report to the court. My ex- wife had supervised parenting time and the GAL even said that she tried to contact contact the agency that had been over seeing my ex-wife’s supervised parenting visitation she failed to be able to get a report from this agency and told the court she felt that my ex-wife no longer needs supervised parenting time. We have been dealing this past year with very high concerns and matters in the safety and well being of my daughters.

During a custody battle for my grandchildren Rebecca Eimmerman was the GLA. Never ever use her she did not get reports turned into the court on time and her negligence resulted in my granddaughter being seriously injured. She then testified that the mother should have back unsupervised visitation. This is disgraceful and now the two children are in constant turmoil. If you ever have to choose a GLA for your family do not choose her.

Rebecca is by far the kindest, most generous attorney I have ever had the privilege of knowing. She has gone above and beyond the normal scope of what you would expect from an attorney. She is passionate about her work and her clients. The level of caring that she exhibits is second to none. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
