Mark peters is a scam artist!! He was hired to negoatiate an agreement and never provided me one draft! $5,000 wasted without one deliverable. Files docs on my bahalf without knowledge or approval. Domestic abuse was an issue in the case. Instead of protecting my address he purposely included it in public docs from my abusive ex and everyone to see as an "F U". Not once asked for my evidence and even messed up and told me I did not need to be in a meeting with judge and I actually did. If you are planning to waste $50,000 in lawayers to get no where this is your guy. Also be careful as he likes to use multiple paralegals so the not any one actually knows what is going on. The left hand doesn't know what the rightbis doing so he can steal from you. Lastly, because of his laziness and lies my kids went without visitation from thei dad for months m. I negotiated and competed a visitation within two weeks of mr peters leaving the negotiation table. He does a care about your family, he care about is.
