My wife and I recently attended one of the free informational seminars offered by the Elder Law &Estate Planning Center. Brian Treacy, Esq.spoke and we came away from his presentation with entirely new thoughts regarding our estate planning. Of course we had legal paperwork in place but after the seminar, our thoughts became focused on the value of establishing a trust. We followed up with a one hour consultation with Brian and then committed to a number of stress- free work sessions to establish our trust document.
