Elder Law & Special Needs Practice Of Felicia Pasculli, Esq.

Reviews

Felicia Pasculli has been my family elder lawyer for 13 years. She has guided me trough a very contentious estate and more recently involved in estate planning. Felicia remained kind, understanding and professional throughout. A pleasure to work. I will highly recommend Felicia to my friends and family.
I can’t say enough about Felicia Pasculli and the law firm. My family and I have used Felicia for almost 10 years for assistance with estate planning and elder care issues. The level of knowledge and attention to detail, by the entire firm, is the best there is. I have recommended Felicia to many friends and family members. If you have any needs regarding estate planning, Medicaid, elder care, or want guidance with elderly parents, this is the place to go. Felicia made extremely challenging issues with my parents easy to navigate through her compassion, knowledge and accessibility. EVERY employee in this firm is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist their clients and put them at ease. I can truly say I don’t know what I would have done without Felicia and the firm’s advice and help!
Felicia Pasculli and her entire team provided us with a wealth of knowledge and experience, all while doing so with compassion and caring. They guided us through every step of our family’s planning. Their knowledge of elder law is second to none. They always made sure us and our loved one’s best interests were looked after and met. They not only became our trusted advisers but also our friends. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs to navigate the difficulties of elder law and planning. They made a daunting time much easier for us and we can’t thank them enough.
There’s no time like the present, right? My husband and I have two young kids and for the last year we kept putting off organizing our will and accompanying legal documents. Frankly, we didn’t know where to start. Wayne Carrabus took the time to listen to all our thoughts, opinions, considerations, and concerns. He patiently explained and re-explained the differences between terms like Power of Attorney agent, trustee, and an executor (terms we thought we understood until we put pen to paper). This process was stressful only for the simple reason that we were talking through circumstances we hope never occur as a young couple and only realize in our elder age. What wasn’t stressful and something we continue to take comfort in, is trusting that Wayne and his firm have guided us carefully through what we wrongly assumed would be an arduous process. Had we known it was going to be so easy, we wouldn’t have waited so long. A big thank you to Wayne for alleviating some of our stress - I’m confident should anything happen to me or my husband, our assets and intentions will be executed the way we outlined. Thanks for getting us squared away, phew!
Dealt with Felicia Pasculli in mom's (97yo) transfer from a senior residence in Westchester to a assisted living facility in Nassau County. She was professional, responsive and caring and helped us navigate the difficult waters regarding multiple insurance, medical and legal issues. Would highly recommend Felicia.
