I called them for help with a speeding ticket. After speaking with a receptionist I was quickly passed on to one of the attorneys who listened to the details of my ticket and his response was very candid in saying based on the details of the ticket (location, amount etc.) he may not be able to help much in court and I probably would be better served going on my own. I really appreciated the honesty. After this the attorney still took the time to answer a few questions I had. If I were to need a traffic attorney in the future I would call them again.

Recently, Patrick Blanch defended me on a DUI / Refusal case that involved property damage. Before choosing an attorney to represent me, I interviewed several local reputable lawyers before settling on Mr. Blanch. The others all seemed ok, but Patrick scored highest on all key areas that I feel are most important. He's obviously a smart guy and has a detailed understanding of the law as it pertains to DUI and Refusal. He's also very experienced in handling these cases. Besides that, he took the time to explain every detail of our defense from the start. The feeling that I got from the other lawyers was that I had their attention at the first meeting, but that would probably change through the course of my case. Not so with Patrick. He answered every email and phone call quickly and completely keeping me informed every step of the way. Mr. Blanch did an excellent job of explaining all of my options and gave me solid advice on the best way to proceed. This is so important, because it's a complicated process with many possible outcomes. You want someone who you are comfortable with because communication throughout the process is key. During each phase, we explored the strengths and weaknesses of my case, made a decision on the best way to proceed and came up with back up plans in the event that things didn't go as expected. Some of the strategies he came up with were creative, helpful, and honest. I thought his tactic for fighting my refusal charge was especially useful. If you are facing a refusal charge, he is worth using just for that. Obviously, every case is different. For me, he was able to get my DUI and refusal charges plead down to a wet reckless. Besides a complete dismissal (which there was no way I was getting) this was the best possible outcome I could have hoped for. This was easily one of the more stressful challenges I've ever had to deal with. You want somebody competent, creative, honest and easy to communicate with. This is your guy.

Todd was very professional and honest and did much much better than I expected. He reduced my speeding ticket of 25 mph over the speed limit to a zero point violation and kept me informed every step of the process. I would highly recommend him.
