Nick really came through for us when a debt conglomerate decided to make our lives difficult by freezing our bank account. I didn't know what was happening and couldn't get any information so my wife approached Nick for help. He got us answers to find out what the debt was, and over the next 3 months as the conglomerate repeatedly ignored and bungled the matter into a real mess, Nick stayed on them and kept the ball rolling. We were finally able to get it paid off and access our account despite them, because Nick fought on our behalf. Generous, gracious, and capable.

My husband and I worked with both Nick and Joe on our Estate Planning. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in detail so that we felt confident on the big life decisions we were making. Ive worked with Nicholas Carda (Sar-duh) a few times. Each time he has treated me right. He is very communicative and explains things clearly for people who might not understand law language. Nick always treated me like a human rather than just another client and always gave no bs advice to get to the best solution. Nick will inform you if his opinion is to maybe take a “less fight” route for more certainty in a low pain outcome if he thinks it could be better for you even if he makes less money but will NEVER push you away and ultimately the decision is always up to you. Thats admirable and respectable to me big time. Never have I been unsatisfied with service. Thank you Nick!

Rudest people I’ve ever encountered! Had one question about an abstract to see if they had it and the lady just keeps talking over me saying my mom already called what do you need. My mother did not know the right questions to ask . Won’t return phone calls. They’re completely pathetic. Update. Update. Called Warren County abstract and the lady that answered the phone was very nice and said my moms abstract is in the vault. So you never gave it to my mom. To bad Phil isn’t still around. Don’t use this law firm. They are WORTHLESS
