The application process was very simple. The invoice arrived in the mail within a week of the project being complete and showed me all the ways I could pay my installments. My only negative is the charge for using a debit card to make payment. An almost $5 fee for something that costs no where near that amount is not right in my opinion. I opted for a different method that doesn't incur a fee to process.

Good bank to do business with, customer service is very good. Pleasant staff to work with. The only issue I have is the payment web site. It needs to be easier to see previous payments as well as pending payments to confirm confirmation numbers. I am a senior & not up to date with the computer. Although I'm working on getting up to speed.

I would highly recommend Lyons Financial! I would rate them a 10. They made owning a new pool seamless. Their representatives are very professional and prompt. Lyons got back to us right away in regards to loan approval and walked us through every step of the way. What a class act!!!! Great Job Lyons Financial !
