She has been quick to respond… has a Dr Pepper and Candy as we check Tax paperwork She stayed up late to get my tax info checked then put it in the system Ricky was quick to prepare it.. EPL was great. I am older and can not really leave my house. They sent a runner to my house to pick up my tax documents. I could sign and pay my taxes on my phone too. Thanks for the ease.

I am "over the moon" happy to be back with Alex and EPL. I waited until the last minute to get my info to them this year. They have this great Portal for sending and receiving copies online. Not being very tech savy and up against the October 15th deadline, Alex went above and beyond in teaching me how to use this new tool so I could send the 50 pages of documentation I needed to get to them to do my return. To my amazement, they had my return, which is pretty complicated, done in under 48 hours. They are very professional. They make me feel like they value and appreciate my business. I trust them 100 % and highly recommend them.
