Mr. Pilgrim has kept me abreast of all proceedings in my son's case and I and my son are extremely grateful for the outcome of his case. With every turn Mr. Pilgrim was quick to respond and worked diligently to resolve my son's case as well as possible. Given that I personally was a paralegal for 25 year but now removed by 20 years, I understand the law and the possible outcome of cases in many different courts. Phil Pilgrim was excellent! He was there with us in court, he explained everything beforehand and then went over everything that happened with us afterwards. We didn't actually go before the judge because he was able to work out an agreement ahead of time. He followed up with me through the entire rest of the process. He was very timely with his email responses. He's very easy to talk to and thorough in his explanations. If we ever have need again for an attorney I would not hesitate to contact Phil, he did a fantastic job for my family!

My review is for Phil Pigrim. I had another attorney at first. The experience was terrible after paying the premium option they offered. I just had the feeling that there was a better option, an friend recommended Phil and sent me his number. Phil took a look at my case for free, offered no promises, and then called me on a Saturday. I immediately felt better with him, hired him 2 days later and fired the other attorney. Obviously months passed due to slow court systems, he worked with the prosecutor and finally got a deal worked out for me that I feel was the best option. Let me add that the deal that Phil secured for me was far better than the 1st firm. I recommend Phil for anyone, a difficult court like Forsyth county especially. His fee was fair and I happily paid it. My case a simple one, however even a difficult one can be helped by this man! Thanks again Phil Steve

Unfortunately, I had to use Banks Stubbs & McFarland on a couple occasions. Phil represented me both times. I could not ask for better representation. Attorneys are often difficult to get in touch with. Not this firm. Communication was outstanding. Voicemails were returned very promptly. I couldn’t be more happy with my choice of attorney but better yet I’m more pleased with both my outcomes.
