We were contacted by Erica Edwards law office with a request to remove an underground oil tank that had been located by a tank sweep inspection at a home that was under contract and due to close in a short period of time. The project was a difficult one as the tank was located underneath footings of the rear deck of the home and only accessible by a narrow passageway with steep stairs which meant digging with equipment would be impossible and it would need to be hand dug out, which would become complicated if the tank had leaked, and it had. Erica Edwards and Iliana at her office were both excellent to deal with during the entire process. Decisions that had to be made multiple times were able to be made quickly which kept the process moving forward at all times due the prompt responses from Erica and Iliana each step of the way. The remediation was completed and the home was able to close within the constraints of the buyer which was a win/win for all parties involved.
