Polite, & helpful staff. They were fast an efficient with their work and helping clients to proceed with there caseworkers.

With such a necessary service you would think that a primary goal would be to ensure that the people working their are mentally healthy. But there are multiple people who hold positions of power that are absolutely poisonous to this organization. They are poisonous within the organization and they are poisonous to the families that they directly or indirectly serve. Working with people should never be a game :(

They take children even when they have no right to do so. We had our daughter on March 26th, 2018. Like the next day or day after they took her right out of her mother's arms straight from the hospital and gave us different excuses each time we asked why. And fight after they took her, they made hamot hospital discharge my fiance when she was supposed to be there another day because she had a c section.

Cause im a client there. Nice staff an caseworkers. Been a client for 15 years.

My sister call cys and took her away from me i try to get her back but there nothing this ppl can do now my daughter brain wash so if i make another baby i better not see another cys taking this time its always money
