I would say don't go to him, but he stole my settlement as well, and not only closed up shop but is supposedly no where to be found. I should have known better, he was such a con! I would recommend filing a complaint if he did this to you as well. I believe that the state can file criminal charges against him for all the money he stole.
He stole money from my Dad's estate and I heard that he bought a house in Turkey prior to escaping. I also heard he took over 10 million dollars of clients money and disappeared.
TOTAL CROOK HE TOOK MY SETTLEMENT AND SKIPED TOWN CLOSED DOWN SHOP. DO NOT TRUST HIS FIRM, REFERRALS OR ANYTHING HIS MINIONS HAVE TO SAY... FILE WITH THE STATE BAR FOR UNETHICAL PRACTICES IM SURE NOT THE ONLY ONE.

After 3 years ,today I find out he settle the case without my knowledge and stole the money he said that himself over the phone conversation in farsi, this guy is a crock attorney ,I'm going to file a criminal claim with state Bar and find another attorney to file law sue against him , his name is Alexander H Escandari , with big name LA trial lawyers
