My experiences within Estebo, Frank & Munshower have been great. I have had the privilege of working with both Frank, and Silas, on different occasions and each time was very pleasant. From contract for deed, to developing a Trust, to legal business questions, I was given answers and guidance through each scenario. Often working with an attorney is daunting, but the humor and comfort Silas brings to the table puts one at ease throughout the conversation. He was patient through my misunderstandings and simplified things to a version I could thoroughly understand. They do their research and give sound legal advice that is orchestrated to the client need. I would highly recommend this firm to those with any legal needs!

I thoroughly recommend Silas Brinkmann. He and his staff were able to seamlessly help me achieve guardianship and conservatorship for my family member with dementia. He also worked with us to write Power of Attorney/Heathcare agent documents. He is very intelligent, has a good sense of humor to put you at ease, and gets things done in a timely manner!

This past week I had an outstanding experience with The Firm Estebo, Frank & Munshower Ltd. I contacted the Firm via email. My return contact was within less then a day. The Contact Attorney was Mr. Silas Brinkmann. I explained my issues and concerns. Mr. Brinkman again returned his thoughts on the matter within an hour. He took the time to review the Potential Case and Exizibts I had sent to him. Again, I received an immediate response. I received a third contact from Mr. Brinkmann. After review of the file sent, he politely informed me of the fact that his Firm did not handle my Case Type. He then sent me helpful information, phone numbers and the name of a Law Firm he felt to be appropriate and a good fit for my Case Type. He never asked for a penny. Unbeknownst to him, I am retired from operating four Major Franchised Automobile Dealerships. I was the "go to guy" for the Legal Issues. I have been party to dozens of Consumer Legal Issues. As well I have dealt with numerous Law Firms and Attorneys. Simply put, A Star Shines Brightly over Mr. Silas Brinkmann.

I’ve dealt with frank for many years absolutely a great person my problem comes with the rest of the office never relays messages and others receive his emails and he never gets them been trying to contact him for several weeks and no response until last Friday an email from some other person and when I called the secretary she stated frank has no idea your looking for him the email was answered by another person in the law office she stated I totally get we’re your coming from do you want to talk to that guy I said yes waited on hold she finally said I’ll have him call you not yet no return calls there’s other lawyers that want business frank you deserve better

I would never recommend Frank to anyone. He never gets back to you. He told us from the start we could probably win. We lost both cases. He never calls you back no matter how many voicemails you leave him. He did not even seem like he was fighting for the case we were in. You just end up with a 1600 dollar bill and losing of 2 court cases and a lawyer who never returns phone calls or messages.
