Euston & Euston

I often save up hardware store errands so I can get them all done at this location. Have always had at least 1 employee, often more than 1, ask if I need assistance. Staff is chipper and selection is good. I personally prefer a shopping experience like this over wandering around a big box store. Here I get it and go and don't leave defeated, unlike what happens when I go to a "depot" of any kind ;)

Great local hardware store. Decent selection of hardware and very friendly neighbors to help you find whatever you need.

Thanks so much for helping me find a lock and sharpies at the last minute to take my wife to the Red Bridge. This store is really cool and the woman at the check out was super helpful!

Best customer services anywhere and I used to do the same at Home Depot's.and took pride in it but EVERYONE, was equally helpful and personable yet not chatty! So I got in and out and because there were so many so helpful from the front to the back I found they had 5 more items that I needed and would never have guessed they would be there. Also prices are better than most.

This store has the best customer service in Kansas City, hands down. You can't walk through the store without 3 or 4 people greeting you and asking if you need help. (It's is a FAR cry from Home Depot, which is like an employee ghost town.) Plus, at Euston Hardware, they know their stuff. (Again, a far cry from the big box stores.) Five stars!
