monica is a scammer . never meet no lawyer she took our money and did nothing for my husbands case . she wont answer or return my calls . nthey show up to court not prepared . she will take your money and run . nshe needs to learn how to be professional.nand get a babysitter . and do your job . ndont trust her .shes a lyier . im not the first and probably wont be the last. nyou should be in a detention center also n im guessing with the poor english she speaks she was undocumented also . so why are you not being detained . when you steal peoples money . for your benefit.

I have respect for anyone that studies law; and makes an attempt to protect people. These people are not it... i hired them after repetitive bad representation. I hired "Ivan Vargas" bit in the 1 1/2 i was yet to meet with him. I only spoke to "Monica" i figured she was his paralegal or receptionist.. Come court day this guy shows up with my case file. he did not have a clue of my case and gave incorect information to the court. I thought he was Ivan Vargas. But all my paperwork was sent to a Law offices of Richard Lucero. They outsource your paperwork when they want to, i dont even Know if this Ivan Vargas exist. I never meet with him... I attemped several times to contact "Monica" without any reply! Please do not go to these people.. they really dont care about you or your case. they care about money. If i am wrong in what i am saying their office can always contact me.. bc i tryed several times, yet to get a response. ..

They have been so patient with my person and caring for my case. Great blessings
