This is an awesome law firm beginning with the receptionist, to the paralegals down to the lawyers. I shopped around and they had some of the lowest prices. I was embarrassed that I had to file (due to the fact that my husband passed away and everything seemed to be closing in on me)and they put me at ease. Alicia and Terry are the best. Alicia was warm, inviting and compassionate even offered me a hug due to my situation. This staff is very knowledgeable and will take the time to answer every single question. I highly recommend them

Please contact me I would love to let you know why.nnWaiting on phone call for 3 weeks regarding case. Attorney called Monday left message after I emailed him after 2 weeks without hearing from someone. No response to email.No information about anything else. Left a message at the office on Tuesday and also emailed attorney. Have not received response yet. Can I get a direct number to someone please? And some answers.Thank you

I've been trying to call for almost two hours now I want to cancel my case.. I have been number 9 in the que since 9 a.m now it's 10:45 but when I call and press 2 for new client somebody answers right away and gets an attitude because I pressed 2 just so I could see what's going on if they are closed or the phone system is down. The receptionist abruptly transferred me back to the que! This is unacceptable business practice! I don't want much I just want to stop the auto draft and to cancel the bankruptcy.

They took care of me at first but then let my bankruptcy get dismissed. These guys (and girls) we're diligent and respectful while I paid the entire cost of services up front. Once I met the attorney that they assigned to my case, he seemed quite disinterested and bothered by his job. Almost as though his personal troubles were my doing. My case was fairly easy to do. The man only had to make copies and mail a letter to a few places. The advertised price is what they charge unless your case was dismissed due to your attorney losing ONE piece of paper stating 49xa2 was stashed away in a five year old prepaid card account. In which case, you have to pay the full advertised fee again for them to correct their mistake. I would not recommend this place. Do yourself a favor and go to a firm or a private attorney with more sense. Don't waste your time or money here.
