Not helpful if you are independent and white. The detective on my case did not return my calls. I had to call his Sargent to request some feedback. I was in fear for my life and had zero help.nI suggest going to the courthpuse and filing a restraining order. Be strong.

Easy to find, underground parking. I found the place to be safe, comfortable, and helpful. I believe they are trying to give people back the power they've lost in their homes. May they continue to grow and improve. May they continue to empower people. This place has services for both men and women. Good to know.

I was referred here from multiple agencies. I was denied services due to my service dog. I was told that 1)her service did not qualify for ADA regulations (she does, I had a lawyer verify this several years ago) and 2) I would have to provide documentation of her shot records (according to ADA no documentation needs to be provided for access for a service animal). I have been to restaurants, hospitals and even a courthouse without issue. nI came here for help dealing with one of the hardest things I've ever had to deal with and left in tears because of this. Thanks for kicking me while I was down.

I went here for help with a domestic Violence situation and restraining order and I felt like for once in my life there was someone to HELP amazing people if you need any help there come here first

The volunteer lawyers here are the most compassionate people. I have found so much help here. They deal with family law, domestic violence, counseling for families. Such a great resource for those who don't have to he seven to five thousand dollar retainer needed to get a reputable attorney.
