Mr. Ziskey was appointed as my daughters public defender. This man has been horrible to work with. He does not return phone calls ever. I have tried on multiple occasions to reach him and have left many messages never getting a call back. As my daughters power of attorney I have requested him to do legal things for her. In response to my requests I get mumble jumble and excuses. We requested (myself and her attorney from another case) for him to put in a request to the judge to allow her sentences to be run concurrently. He never followed through by doing his job. Do yourself a favor and find someone else, a monkey could represent someone better. Also the receptionist is very short with you and rude over the phone.
Mike ziskey is terrible.
