I had a great experience with F&F. William Podres and Julie Jones were great to work with and I’m pleased with the outcome. Both went above and beyond and kept me informed throughout the process. 5 stars for me!

Everybody here jumped in and helped to get my case resolved as quickly as possible. I told Jay where i needed to be for me to settle and within a couple weeks we had that number. I cant thank Farah and Farah enough for everything they did to help me.

I really like them a lot they are very consistent and always got my back. Farah and Farah is the way to go no matter what I needed they take care of me.

All I’ve got to say is MIRANDA MORGAN is a freaking SUPERSTAR!!!!!!! The ladies that helped me at call #1 were also great but once I was able to touch base with Miranda, she introduced herself, made sure that I knew that I don’t need to worry about anything and that she would do everything in her power to help my process and guide me in the right direction. I have a very unique case, even previously declined by another firm because of basic issues but Miranda was a lifesaver as she took my case in its entirety including PD which I know isn’t a high concern for injury focused firms but she took time out of her own personal holiday and family time to make calls to the hardest to reach insurance company and make SURE that they were moving their butts!!! I cannot thank Farah & Farah enough for choosing to hire Mrs Morgan as she is one HELL OF AN ASSET to your firm and I’m sure she has been a saving grace to many others! I’ve never been happier with a firm than I am with F&F. Period. Thank you guys and most importantly Thank you MIRANDA!!!

Don't hire this law firm if you live in Ga. You will be assigned to Simon Bailey out of Jacksonville. He is irresponsible , doesn't take phone calls and has his assistant ( Charles) take his calls. His staff told me he is to busy. We are now approaching a year since we hired this sorry law firm. I know how things should go because I worked for the insurance company responsible for our accident. In fact I was a senior claims Rep that handled all the attorney letters sent to our office. I know how things should work. I worked with many attorneys. Our experience has been far from the warm and fuzzy you see in their commercials. The people that give them 4 stars are the ones where the liability is clear and ones that make Mr Bailey the easy money. With our case he would have to do some work. We have been hearing give me 2 weeks for the last 3 months. Our accident was caught on camera but Mr Bailey (Charles) tell us the treatment dates don't match. We explained that 3 months ago. They didn't listen . I live in Savannah and my significant partner lives in Brunswick., that's why we hired this law firm.Instead we get an overworked irresponsible attorney out of Jacksonville.Every time I see their commercials I get angry because in our case it's false advertising.
