They never made sure my bills were paid by the insurance company of the boy who hit us going about 50 while at a red light. We were left by the uber in the median and the boy's father wouldn't give us a ride, a Rio Rancho police officer - he said we could have covid - he and his boy were unmasked - we had masks, I was knocked out, had a concussion and vertigo and couldn't walk straight. Our attorney read to take a meeting or call us back after medicare billed us $36k. One employee told me what to do and I fought them for months and still got money taken from my disability check. The attorney billed me $600 for getting Bill's from ER when there were none because they let medicare pay them and 2 years later medicare wanted the money back. I wish I had never called them. They didn't even pay my Bill's after they received my settlement - I had the chiropractor and cranial massage guy calling me for months. This was a nightmare - they blamed everything on me for wanting to settle. It was 2 years!!!! Never once did they tell me it would be possible medicare would pay for everything when I gave statefarm's info and claim number. Do not call them - they just want money. They don't care about you.
