Responsive, knowledgable, and helpful with a difficult real estate / property issue we were dealing with. Provided real-time answers (phone and email) to our constantly changing situation and made us feel like he genuinely cared about the situation we were dealing with while providing us information on the legal recourse available.

My apartment is charging me for cleaning when I have pictures proving otherwise, was never sent a bill, they were confused to who was on the lease as well as for which apartment it was. I was told it was a reasonable amount to be charged along with other useless information. My case may not be a money maker but it still matters.
